About Me

I’m Charity Blaser, a holistic lifestyle and wellness coach with over 20 years of experience as an RN and 10 years helping women reconnect with themselves, find clarity, and live with purpose. In my free time, I love to travel, hike, art journal, read, kayak, camp, play board games and spend time with friends.

I’ve worked with dozens of clients who felt lost, stuck, or overwhelmed and together, we’ve built a roadmap toward fulfillment, health, and confidence.

I created The Vitality Sisterhood after walking through my own season of exhaustion and rediscovery. Two years ago, at 58, I began a journey to reclaim my health and identity.
At that time, I was 120 pounds heavier, pre-diabetic, struggling with High blood pressure and High cholesterol, and felt completely disconnected from my body.

After an emergency hysterectomy at 40, I entered full-blown menopause overnight. Decades of stress, emotional pain from abuse, and caring for everyone else had left me empty. But when I shifted my mindset — everything changed.

Through compassion, mindset work, and hormone balance, I found vitality again.
Now I’m here to help you do the same.
